Good Stay, Room Issues. We stayed at the Venetian over the Christmas holiday. All the staff we interacted with were excellent and the location cannot be better!

Of course being a large hotel walking from one location to another can take some time, though it is part of the fun. Upon entering the room I took a look around and in the bathtub were about 10 or more human hairs.

I am not usually grossed out by hair, so if I see one or two, I'll let it slide. I am not sure how this room was released for guests as I could not believe the amount of hair!

Also they clearly didn't check through the drawers as a previous guest's underwear was still in the drawer. Check in process was a bit slow, though a lot of people were trying to check in at the time we arrived.

The resort fees make no sense at all. Just extra free money for the company.
